Cassie is a high school teacher, yoga teacher, surf instructor and lover of all things sun, sand and surf. She dedicates her spare time to surfing, swimming, hiking and yoga.
Cassie believes there is nothing better for the mind and the body than to be in the great outdoors and in the salt water.
